"Having some spare space on our North facing section, we decided to add an additional dwelling to bring in some extra income. After researching a few building companies we chose to build a mono pitch style home with Matt and Landview Builders. The contract price was good, and by the end of the build, I’m happy to say that Matt and the team kept to the budget. The section dimensions had some access challenges, and Matt was able to change the plans to suit. Having Matt take on the project management took care of most of the building headaches. Our tenant moved in recently (during winter) and reports that their home is very warm.
